First, we must understand that anxiety is not a sin, it’s a signal-like a check engine light that something around us is a threat and we are trying to ready ourselves. But the truth is... no one has ever worried their way to peace.
So what do we do when anxiety strikes? We study Scripture to train our minds to tell us truth and to combat the lies our minds sometimes tell us.
