A Shaolin Quan Journey Part 2

A part of my "Shaolin Quan" journey filmed in China. This part took place in the year 2018 at Fawang Temple, China.
A small part of a long road to learn acrobatic moves and what kind of practice it could take one to get there. It has a lot to do with flexibility of the back, explosive muscle power and timing. It is also a very good mental training, because one needs to conquer its own fear and find a way to make the laws of physics complement one's moves.

Oh so poor glasses boy. he can,t got-off the glasses unless he throw the glasses. Eye sight is power of muscles of eye lens. he musr train without glasses. and then he recover his own eye power.
