make Thai dessert
it tastes really good, chewy, soft and sticky
candle ingredients:
200g yellow pumpkin after peeling
135g sticky rice flour
25g tapioca flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp granulated sugar (can be skipped)
coconut milk sauce ingredients:
500ml coconut milk (from 130ml instant coconut milk + water)
100g granulated sugar (according to taste)
1/2 tsp salt
Pandan leaves
30g Thai pearl sago
*The texture of pumpkin varies, if the dough is soft, you can add a little sticky rice flour
*Yellow pumpkin after steaming contains a lot of water, discard the water/drain it
