Por favor madres jóvenes, cuídense, son lo único que quizás tienen sus hijos, usen botas para ir al bosque, hay serpientes y terrenos resbalosos, coman buen, sino hay carne, agregenke al arroz semillas, como ajonjolí, cacahuates o manís, también para los niños, háganle atoles de arroz con semillas molidas, esto para agregar proteínas, que no sea solo arroz
