love the design of this. The two snap button things at the side just do not hold if you put a little weight on the bag. It can get very annoying as it causes the sides of the bag to pop off and make two holes out on the top which causes to change the overall look of the bag. I really wish they'd make one without those two buttons. Other than that, they are pretty nice.

i really wanted to buy this bag but the weight capacity threw me off. i was really hoping that it could carry atleast 20L of stuff in it.

What bag do u recommend for college and is less than 100$?

I like the look of this bag. But don’t like that there’s no fastening. Having the bag have buttons to close the bag in addition to having the flap go over and fasten it woulda been much better.

I have the same concern, waterproof yet the size should suit my short stature (5'1") 😂😂 Wanted to get the field backpack but it's 45cm in height 😭

Do you think the shoulder straps and the fish hook are durable?

The shoulder straps are not as durable as say Nylon or Cordura shoulder straps (also they don't have much padding), the hardware is a simple metal hardware, so it might not be as durable as Duraflex or steel hardware. But with the Rains bags, you're going more for aesthetics than hardcore durability. Hope that helps! - Ed
