When I was a youngster back in the 70’s I used to make myself up like a red indian 🤣. Had my first baby at 16 and all my money went on him , couldn’t afford to buy make up and stopped wearing it , it really doesn’t excite me . I also plucked my eyebrows out of existence and they never grew back , I had them micro bladed 5 years ago and the color retention has been fab , I just use a touch of eyebrow powder to empathize them now . I also don’t have a skincare routine as such , I use dove soap and Oil of Ulay moisturizer and that’s it , I have really sensitive skin and less is more . Happy Thursday Linda 💐

Linda you make me laugh in the best possible way. We have lots in common but you will be sorry that I love tennis 😂 not football though. I don’t have a beauty routine either apart from face wipes and foundation. Don’t even do lippy as my lips are too small and it falls off. Love your videos thank you so much.

I use the Nivea tinted moisturiser for every day Linda just feels as though you've made an effort & takes seconds to apply .like you dont really wear tons of make up anytime but occasionally make more of an effort for a special occasion ....I have a couple of the pretty secrets nightys in the satin which are very nice but must be the longer calf length ..another nice chatty vlog Linda ..thank you x

Have tried camping many moons ago and absolutely hated it, it rained and the airbed deflated and that happened on the first night so needless to say that was the first and last time for me xx

Oh my goodness, we are soooooo similar! I don't like football, Wimbledon, or have a skincare routine either! I find foundation very difficult to get the right shade and coverage for my complexion. I've got so many bottles of the stuff, I started mixing them together to see if I could make one that I actually liked. Think we’re all looking for the perfect mascara. Hardly use make up these days, nor do my friends. Skin care I’m like you. Soap water and any old moisturiser. Ive got a tinted moisturiser factor 50. Football no but love the tennis. X❤

I agree with you on the makeup and skin care, I don’t get all these lotions and potions lol! Soap and water and Nivea moisturiser for me, and I buy makeup when it’s hitting pan! I love that Nivea tinted moisturiser 😂❤xx

I am a sports widow Hubby watches most sport so I either go in another room to watch tv or mainly sit in the same room with my headphones on watching YT!! Your video was not boring it is like having a chat with a friend just about every day stuff with a chuckle 🤣 I use Boots no 7 waterproof mascara or maybeline brand. A good foundation I have discovered is called Skin silk by Revolution . I was just thinking how nice your complexion was looking when you said what you had used 😊

Love the top you are wearing, the Next nightie looked like a dress. Am I the only person but nearly all my nighties have shrunk in length over time😊 A nice chatty video as always x

Hi Linda Wow let’s see what you got there. The one I was recommended by a you tuber was about £53. I then listened to another vlog with this individual telling people to get their coats now to and prying well over £200. How does this person think that everyone buys a coat every year. A am a pensioner and secondly I haven’t got the room How much money do people want to have ?.2!pensions and a good income from here. I give up I like the sourdough bread in Asda. I just buy the cheap one in body care. Just as good as others. I always get my mushrooms from the market which Is an enclosed centre. My fruit also comes from there as I know it’s fresh and cheaper than supermarket. I never peel potatoes from the supermarket as they have already been washed and i like the skins on them as the fibre is in the skins All the best xx

Hope you get on with the mascara if you don’t try Volume million lashes extra black by L’Oréal I’ve tried all sorts over the years at all price ranges I find this suits me the best. I’ve always been a hairdresser but in my early twenties I did my city and guilds in Cosmetic makeup/ Facials . The teacher we had was a very funny older lady . She used to say even way back then if you smoke, drink to much alcohol, sit in the sun and basically eat crap your skin will be crap . Even if you spend pounds on fancy creams , you may as well spend a few pennies on ponds cold cream or Astral as they do the same thing . Did I pay attention your asking , yes and no I have always covered my face when sunbathing with a small towel over it hate the sun on my face . Never really been a big drinker and was a social smoker only for a few years. So my skin for nearly 68 is not bad. As for potatoes for a shepherd’s pie life to short to peel and boil potatoes it’s Sainsbury’s frozen mash all the way 😂😂 xx

I agree about sports Linda. Playing them is one thing not that I do but watching is so boring !!! My dad was football mad but luckily my husband wasn't 😂 pretty nightie but shocking price. Yep….July and still waiting for Summer! Like you I had a sneaky feeling that England would get through if only to annoy me personally…..and they rose to the challenge! I wasn’t watching - just waiting to put a meal on the table so they thoroughly aggravated me on Sunday! Thank god neither of us follow tennis anymore. Coping with the post holiday ironing seems more attractive! I tend to rely on a suntan and moisturiser in the summer rather than makeup but eyeliner and mascara rule ok? Plus never step out of the door without some lippy. If pushed I will tart up a bit more - just lazy that’s me!xx Liz

Fortunately my husband isn't interested either, so aren't I the lucky one! 😁 I do like the tennis though... as long as it's a good match and not too one sided, I can't do with a walkover. The Olympics will be starting soon... what will you do then? Hi Linda, I was laughing about the botty wipes, I watched a KZfaqr recently, who recommended something called “ Wype” ( as seen on Dragons Den….other brands are available 😂), you spray it onto the lavvy roll, and basically, well, wipe 😂I was shocked at the price though😮😮,not sure it was value for money for cleaning your butt 🤔😂 I have 2 Cyber jammies nighties, very similar to the one you showed, ( bought 1/2 price on their website) they are lovely, but as you say, quite short ( mine ends up around my neck 🫢) but they wash really well and are brilliant for hot nights, ( weather hot I mean….ooer matron 🤭as they are very thin and light. Not worth full price though🤷‍♀️ 🙋My name’s Susan and I’m a make up addict😊, I’ve tried so many mascaras, and to be honest, they are much of a muchness, I have fair, shortish lashes, and some do look better than others, but I really can’t be arsed 🤷‍♀️I don’t generally buy expensive make up, ‘ cos when I have, I’ve been disappointed . Hi Linda….I only buy the thin brush mascaras so I’ll be interested to see how you get on with this new one. If I use the thick ones I feel I’m applying it with a toilet brush. Wise choice to send the 4 inches above the knee nightie back you don’t want to give present husband more than a glimpse of your ankle I could post you one of my NHS ones to stay on the safe side if you like. 😂. Hi there. I purchased a nightie from Tu on Saturday - reasonable selection of long, short, thick, thin, with & without sleeves. Worth a look. We have our own touring caravan with toilet & shower. I leave hubby to do the emptying of the cassette! 😂 But touring not happening at the moment as the car that we sunk our live & soul & lifes savings into - brand new 5 yrs ago - isnt working. We thought a minor fault on the engine managment system but no - it failed mot as any light on dash other than "service me" is a failure. The part we need is manufactured in the Ukraine, but was bombed flat by Putin! Its very difficult to get replacement (been trying now for weeks & weeks) without a days labour, a day searching internet, wait time for delivery & then fitting, plus re testing. So we are in grave danger of having to scrap a 5 yr old car if a part cannot be found as it will always have this light on the dash that fails the mot. How can we just ditch a newish car & get no px for it? No scrap value? Jyst nothing! We dont have sufficient funds to do the " lets get a brand new one to see us out" thing again. 😢😢 O sorry to be crying/ranting/windgeing. Even flushable wipes are actually not really very flushable. Please use them minimally. Love your channel always a bright spot to be found! Thanks

I have to laugh when you refer to your husband as the current husband 😂 How many have you had or are thinking of getting? 😂 So funny! I don’t like Wimbledon either and not really interested in football, although big games like this I do sometimes watch them. My team never lasted long though unfortunately! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Scotland may be known for inventing the game of golf, but we’re not known for our skills on the football field 😂

Got a true story for you,a friend of my neighbour needed to see a doctor she asked for a woman G.P. as it was a female problem she was suffering from ,she got to the surgery only to be faced with a transsexual woman doctor ,she walked out and went up to the medical receptionist and said why did you put me in that embarrassing situation only to be told there’s nothing we can do …….🙀what the hell is my little country town turning into ?
