It’s never too late to be diagnosed with adhd! I total feel your struggles. I was 8 was I was diagnosed. It is highly genetic in my family! Everyone in my house has it and my dad finally got diagnosed when he realized he could not focus in meetings.

As a person who has ADHD that goes through this every day, i can totally relate to you, i’ve always struggled with distractions a lot, but i try my hardest to get through it, this video made me feel happy about myself because when i was younger, i always thought i was not normal, but until i started know that most of my friends had it, i felt more comfortable about myself & most of my friends that have ADHD, mainly they are all boys so i really don’t have anything in common with them tysm for the amazing video & explaining some parts what people experience that have ADHD

Korean Christmas culture is far and few between. I've really mostly seen some scenery in malls, but every genuine feeling Christmas culture that I've seen was in Itaewon, which you probably won't be seeing because Itaewon is still mourning. Christmas is like a clubbing holiday tbh.

Omg.. I feel so comfortable rn.. I have ADHD and I'm still learning what ADHD is.. Now there's a bunch of stuff coming out like "oh that's why I acted/act like this" and stuff but it's not easy. Also, that pink coat is a 11/10. 😍 Lastly: I learned from a dermatologist that hormonal adult acne focuses around the jaw, so my tip would be to get your hormone levels checked if you haven't already. ❤️ A derm might be able to give you medication if needed.

Hey. I struggle with ADHD as well. I love the spreading of awareness & education of mental health. I think there’s a lot of stigma around mental health and sharing this type of stuff for others to learn about is awesome. I was diagnosed with this as well by my therapist about a year ago. I struggle with these symptoms of both inattentive & hyperactivity/impulsive. Currently I am in a relationship. My partner & I have trouble because of this. At times when we are having conversations it gets him frustrated because I tend to forget what he just told me a few seconds ago & then he thinks I don’t care when I do, it’s a struggle I don’t know how to explain to him. I feel horrible sometimes because I really can’t concentrate. Not only that, I can sometimes be really hyperactive & be very talkative, be very fidgety and can’t stay still in one place or act impulsively in spending or doing things without thinking. As for this, thank you for sharing about your ADHD! I would love to know if you are open to making a video with your partner about how you guys cope with this. I would love to know any suggestions for couples having this struggle at times. Lots of love from Costa Rica❤🇨🇷

Acne that only appears on the jaw usually is hormonal. I’d really recommend cutting sugar (processed, gluten and lactose) out of your diet for a month or talk to an endocrinologist. Felicia from Beauty Within made some great videos about hormonal pathways but it could also have something to do with androgens or testosterone aka PCOS and Endometriosis.

And you are always so beautiful both inside and out💖🌸💐 I remember I had a lot of acne around my jaw a few years ago during one of the most stressful times in my life. Korean skincare really helped me. My favourite brands now are purito, isntree, and iunik. I have very sensitive skin too and found the best ingredients for me to be propolis, snail mucin, green tea, ginseng, hyaluronic acid, salycilic acid, retinol, and vitamin b5. I know that acne more than anything can feel uncomfortable so I hope this might help somehow 🤗

I know a few people with ADHD so I kind of understand what you're going through. But I noticed that focusing on a long project with little rest or a lack of variety in activities can be counterproductive in my case. I can read long books and watch documentaries for hours. But I get exhausted with a long project if I don't rest or do fun activities. My concentration recovers after taking a rest and it helps me complete a long project faster.
