That would be AMAZING if they did. The motor city would come UNGLUED with excitement. I grew up in Chicago and watched the '85 Bears win the SB, lived in STL during the Rams Greatest show on turf years and they're AMAZING '2000 SB Victory. I see a lot of similar qualities in the momentum in Detroit heading in that direction. I am concerned about they're defense though. Not quite sure the Lions D is quite at the Championship level it needs to be. The offense might need to carry them through the playoffs, which is DIFFICULT to do 🤔 I wish them as I am DEFINITELY rooting for the Lions 😊

Im not a ford apologist but i truly never understood the hate for the fords as their a several teams that i know of that wished they didnt have the owners they had. For as long as ive been a fan the fords have never been cheap on spending money on the team, stadium, coaches or even players. my only issue with them was that they didn’t take any chances on any players that had character issues. But i guess that’s understandable when you had players like Charles Rogers and Titus Young.

Thank God Shelia has the team now. I’m a Lifelong Lions fan, and some of the decisions I’ve seen ownership make…. Does make it feel like they’re giving the team to anyone as a Birthday Gift. Never said anything about them being cheap. However…. I watched them treat Billy Simms like a total stranger after his horrific knee injury. I’ve seen them recover money from Barry Sanders, and Calvin Johnson, after they each finally had enough of playing for a franchise that just doesn’t care about winning. Just as we all saw these incidents…We all get a chance to watch the Colts do the total opposite of The Fords when Andrew Luck ended his career early…. Further confirming that was just the Lions way of doing business. Shortly after all of the above…. We see Stafford, who I believe is married into the family 🤔… Gift wrapped, and sent to Los Angeles, to only become a champion his first season. Finally… let me make this clear… I absolutely love Dan Campbell. Alway knew that guy was different. He was at Texas A&M with one of my best friends. He was a dog way back then…. But let’s stop pretend we didn’t get a guy in Jim Caldwell who had us competing and winning… ultimately relieved of his duty’s for???? Terrible ownership 🤷🏾‍♂️
