That's exactly it. There were heaps of Hogwarts walking tour videos already, so I wanted to make it something a bit more interesting. Happened to stumble across some high end castle tours at the same time. Combine the two with an attempt of humor and viola!

Visually they did. I feel like the next game will be a masterpiece as they would have learned a lot from Legacy and will hone their skills. Quidditch??

That was superb work, well done and many thanks. I don't have a high-end PC, so only played on PS5, and the one big change I'd love to have been able to make would be to reduce the amount of haze: I get why it's there, but it feels overdone to me, and slightly spoils the gorgeous design of the game's world. Oh, and I'd have loved a useful map of the interior of the castle: I *still* can't remember my way around..!

It’s quite hazy by default. On PC you can get a reshade that reduces it significantly. In the recordings I have it off as you can see. I’m not a fan of the hazy fantasy vibe they’re going for either. Funnily, I noticed an increase in performance with it off.

Mmmm not a bad idea at all. It was hard limiting what to include as it could easily have been 20+mins and that would have gotten boring. I had thought maybe I could do another one around the grounds including Hogsmede, forbidden forest etc.

I'm new to this game as I just heard of it this week. I love how you seem to be able to just spend hour and days just roaming and exploring. This great video brings the real estate to life and it is awesome. In the game itself, must you follow and theme or can you also just wander around and see the areas and not be forced to follow a script or plot? thanks.

You can freely explore for most of the game and there is plenty to discover. Tons of side quests and things to do/see. I recommend following the story until you at least get a flying broom unless you want to hike everywhere.

@@deepkick9 Great advice, thanks so much. I've not even been aware of this game until now. but wow, it also seems to be perhaps an amazing time killer as well as I could get lost in the wonder and beauty of the scenery as time would really fly by!

If you end up playing it please let me know your experience! You’ll probably end up getting lost in Hogwarts exploring all the nooks and crannies. Luckily you can cast a spell to show you the way.

200,000,000 Galleons seems low considering a single hat can cost 500 and a feather can cost 700. Old worn brooms cost thousands.

That's true. Either way it's quite a hefty amount considering it's set in 1890 before all the modern day inflation. How could anyone afford to pay these exorbitant prices!
