I’m happy this movie shows how mental illness presents itself in a single family. As a community, we have to do more to support each other. But families have the power to prepare and provide the tools to help the next generations live longer. Life is hard, never give up. God loves you. ❤

His girlfriend was Godsent! She really loved him, and she was so patient There is nothing like a strong black woman! God gave Fred another chance. It seems he got the memo this time! This was a Great movie!! Mental illness is more common than people may think. As we see in this movie, he can be hereditary. There is no reason to be ashamed. There are resources available. And The Holy Spirit is always with us. He is Constant! Now for an observation... Did anyone notice that when D called to check on the status of his script, his phone was upside down?🙄 I was so happy to notice that. It made me chuckle! 😃 I needed this breif distraction, because this movie was so heavy!

Transparent moment for one who’s been battling mental health problems for years after childhood trauma etc , NEVER GIVE UP 🙏🏽🧡🫠🫂 Even when it gets hard and at times we may want to quit , continue trusting God & pressing through 🙏🏽💛 yes , it’s hard struggling & dealing with mental health stuff , especially when it’s hard to understand. Than especially when others lack understanding ( ones like Fred 🤦🏽‍♀️) God understands . Same way God never gives up on us , we shouldn’t give up on him or ourselves. WE GOT THIS !! Be an overcomer & know God will work it all out in our favor . Side note : even for ones where depression/ anxiety may be genetic, YOU be the one to break the cycle 🙏🏽🫶🏽💯🤌🏽

I think some are missing the point of this movie. This movie was about depression and the awareness of a mental illness. The wedding and baby's birth was not important I this movie.
