Thank you so much!! And yes it does!! Takes 3-4 months to get back to close weight that you used to do but every day gets easier!!

Ok please share how you get your 2.5 year old son to bed. Like what is the quick daily routine, is he still napping? I have a 2.5 year old daughter and she still naps for 1-1.5 hrs during the day but won’t go down for bed until 9-9:30 🧟‍♀️😩 she does go to daycare and they enforce the nap and at home it’s chaos in the evening if she doesn’t nap so I think she still needs it. But anyways hope to hear what you do!

He wakes up around 7/7:30 and usually naps between 1:30-3:30 or 2-4pm! We start the bedtime process around 7:30pm and usually is in bed by 8pm but he’s never fully ready! He will be up in his room until 8:30ish or longer but regardless bedtime is by 8pm and he has to be in his room!
