Wide angle alternate take of the human Matt workout session. How many different types of ways can they demonstrate the same workout? A few days a week was offered, but it is difficult for Krista to get Carl over.
A wagon was going to be introduced into later episodes if the funding didn't dry up. They were going to wheel Carl from place to place. There were even ideas about future jobs and schemes being accomplished while placing Carl in certain positions. They could have sat him down and let him talk to people.
An arm wrestling match between Krista and Wanda was written. Carl was going to be the floor they knelt on.. and couch they sat on while drinking and planning. These two women care less about what Carl has to say. I wonder how much of this Strychten Krista has access to. How long can this madness go on for? Will Carl be able to take it much longer
We almost went with another Wanda in the very beginning, before meeting Dominique. She had a fun personality and was down to beat up Carl. The problem came in when she made up an excuse and missed a rehearsal date once she found out she wasn’t being paid for the rehearsal day. It is very important to find actors and actresses who respect the process and craft. People who understand all the hard work that goes into making a project. I do believe though, that after I found my cast we all decided to rehearse on set during blocking and camera setups. I will definitely use this method in future projects. It gives us time to rehearse and have fun while the cameras are also setting up. The good thing about youtube is the audience being so open to experimental filmmaking styles. So I won’t enforce every camera to white Balance the same. Just the main cameras, because it makes editing so so much easier when the cameras look similar. Doesn’t have to be the same two cameras looking identical, but the closer the better
