I agree that this is more of a ladies piece. I think it's awesome to have a piece aimed at ladies that doesn't feature pink & purple or diamond bezels and indices. So many "ladies" watches from the big brands are just gaudy jewelry first and timepieces as an afterthought. Nice to see the flip side with this one - it is a good looking piece.

Okay, so this watch looks amazing. Most of the Captain Cook variants never really caught my eye - although I always heard great things. This one though... I’m not sure of the backstory of the name, but seeing the white dial, paired with the name... took me on an imaginary journey to a nearly frozen sea with an “ice pirate” and his crew. Such an odd comment - I know lol. Great review, as always!

After replaying this video for literally YEARS I’ve finally tracked one down nearby me and checked it out. It’s been discontinued and is very difficult to find nowadays. OMG it’s PERFECT! I’m a guy with a slender wrist and this 37mm CC is literally *made* for me. I particularly like this white version..like, a *lot*. It looks fresh and classy at the same time. The dealer threw in a nice matching Rado orange leather strap for some extra pizzazz in the summer. Thanks so much for featuring this watch, I’m super excited and super happy!

@@TaylorMclawhorn035_you’re right, it’s officially still in production. But I find it very difficult to track in retail and online, even on Chrono24. When I found one near me, I was very happy to quickly snag it. 6 months later, this is my daily driver. Wonderfully reliable, looks fresh - especially in summer!

Hello sir. I have a question.RADO is projecting this watch as ladies watch , while ROLEX have never advertised oster perpetual 36mm as ladies watch. Infact ROLEX doesn't call their 34mm models as ladies watches. May i know why?

Getting this for my wife for her birthday. My wife is a huge fan of my Seiko divers but the only reasonably sized diver I could find for her is a Victorinox Maverick. She loves her Victorinox but I have been searching for the right automatic dive watch for her. This is it. Thank you for the review man. I like the case size and applied indices. But the 100M WR and push-pull crown are big disappointments. The branding on the clasp is unsettling.

hourly hand seems a bit out of proportions. Minute hand should be bigger or hourly hand slimmer. Overall crazy interesting nice watch. Speaking about the movement on a women's watch, no women would ever care how many times it beats or whatever.. It's all about the shiny looks on the back display..

Sorry for the sterotype, it doesn’t look like a men’s watch; overall white, no. 37 mm, no, too small, form, no, looks like you‘re invited to eat your soup from. IMHO of course.
