Subject Access Requests (SARs) are free and may give you important information about what is happening behind your back. You can request CAFCASS to see communications of the FCA, which will show you what has been discussed and said. You can also make an SAR of schools, social services and other public services. If things are happening which seem strange or incomprehensible, make an SAR.

Can a SARs request be made to a women refuge who are encouraging an ex to make false allegations to prevent a father see his children. Encouraging black mailing & threats

Is the family court able to issue a prohibited steps order against the mother of my daughter, prohibiting her from carrying my daughter (3 years old) as a pillion passenger on the back of her motorbike? I fear for my daughter's safety

Hi guys, great video! A lot of people are unaware of their rights. Right to access, portability, erasure and a handful of others. SAR's are the most common of course. @@pjjunior1402 I don't work at that company anymore but if it's with a public entity such as a police force you could utilise what's known as a freedom of information request for information that's not protected by rights. Otherwise, if you're asking very specifically about your own data then yes, you should be able to use a subject access request to find what info they have of yours. Would you happen to know exactly which constabulary it was? You would need to reach out to them directly but not sure you want to give them your contact info 😅
