👉 Ingredients
1 bowl (350g) of canned (or cooked) chickpeas, 1 tbsp mayonnaise (or plain yoghurt), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp water
👉 Garnish: 3 to 4 tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 cup of green onion, 1/2 cup of red pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp of parsley, 1/2 tsp of salt, pepper , Cumin and Paprika
Keep 4 to 5 days in the refrigerator
