I'm in Western WA...love seeing a fellow WA girl being such a badass! My parent's moved to a small town in ID last summer about an hour away from Spokane. I'm gonna have to check out some of the restaurants you go visit frequently the next time I visit them.

We are only supporting mom and pop businesses now. No chain restaurants for us. Our favorite is a family owned greek restaurant near our house. The food is delicious and the owner is so thankful for our business. My daughter is a server at a family owned Mexican restaurant. Customers have been very generous with their tips and she is so thankful. I'm glad you are supporting local!

Texan here! I think maybe you meant black beans or ranchero beans on your burrito? Baked beans are pretty out there for a mexican burrito. On the cheese, it could be Cojita which is dryish and crumbly like goat cheese, but less "funky". Crema is sour cream at most tex mex and mexican places here.

Hey Katrina, what a blast from the past I adored reading the Harry Potter books back in the hay day. I have all of the first additions I cannot believe that after all these years, I actually have books that are worth money. I miss those days so much. I stood in line to be one of the first ones at Waldens books to snatch my hands on one and read them all night long. I wish I had these books when I was in grade school, but not to complain Judy Bloom books or Cole in their ways. I am so jealous how much you can eat and stay so fit. Keep it up girl need more of your secrets. Can’t wait for new additions. Peace out.

I love to re-read old books and bookseries, it is just like meeting an old friend again! And I always find something new each time I read an old book, guess that have to do with me maturing and changing since last time I read it and having another perspective this time around! I think it is great that you always promote supporting local businesses. We should always do that but now more then ever since local businesses will be effected the most now because of this and I dont want to see any business close. The one thing I have been craving more then anything else is donuts especially seeing the amazing donuts you try on your channel. Unfortunately I dont know of any donut places open because of the virus which I completely understand safety is top priority Your channel is one of my favorites because you are very down to earth and it feels like we are hanging out and talking watching your videos

Our local donuts place is closed cause of the Covid, and so are some of your local stores too. Watching you eat gives me cravings to make some homemade Mexican and some donuts. MMMMmmm..... I got back into using my sewing with my machine and have decided to make things. However am in the middle of a project when i realized i needed things and get my sew machine maintained and sadly everything is still on back order etc. I pray that every one will be ok and that things will get better son for us all. I enjoy your videos and your conversations and your thoughts you share with us. :)

I just found your videos a couple days ago and I'm hooked! I also live in Spokane! We order from Pizza Rita all the time, they are our favorite pizza place. Now I want to go try Gross Donuts. Have you ever been to Rincon Tapatio?? Best Mexican food I've ever had!! The suiza chicken enchiladas are my favorite!

At this time 2-3 yrs ago, I had been working in commercial kitchens as a pro caker. Any topping are literally from a bucket. We just make the stuff good enough to eat, and yeah we eat it too. Cinnamon rolls with apple filling is my favorite. I have made fresh strawberry topping before but it's usually from January through May. Love donuts, they are my kryptonite lol!

Here in New Zealand nothing is open, it's a full lockdown so you could not get any bakery or fast food at all, the only food you can get is from the supermarket. This is keeping us safe and I hope you guys are safe too, good luck everyone.

Maybe for a cheat meal you could go to/ order from 8 or 9 different local restaurants and have a multicultural buffet styled meal. You wouldn't be expected to finish anything completely, just what you put on the plate (hence buffet style), and you could save the rest for leftovers 😊
