You gotta ride with Lucas Brunelle when you're down there bro. I lived down there for a minute. North Miami has some ridiculously long straight flat roads for riding.

Whatever fits 32mm for more comfort on roads that aren't always great. Might want to consider suspension for levees out west. Gearing doesn't matter because it's all flat.

Great channel, love your content. Quick question. At what BPM do you typically, keep your heart rate at, for everyday rides?

Thanks! HR varies often and depends if I’m pushing hard or not. Typically I’m comfortable at 140BPM in a fast group ride. My red zone has gone up to 190bpm but that’s only if I’m sprinting up a climb during training.
