Could you do a video on the different paths an SDR could go such as account executive, account manager, etc. Mostly paths that most peple may not know even exist. Like you said, it is a stepping stone.

How does a recruiter feel about an applicant's experience has been a business owner in the restaurant industry? As well as being an entrepreneur as a Amazon seller?

I would imagine that this will give you an edge as you will have context to the structure of a business and potentially lead generation me. Of course, it will be up to you to understand the context of a SaaS role or other technology role, and tell how your background will contribute to you good in this role.
