For those asking about why drink water, its a competitive thing. Its part of a habit to bring yourself back and to adjust your mentality. You can do something else, but for them is drink water as it helps refreshes you and calm your temperature. Make this a routine and you wont be so nervous every game. You will find yourself more calm and collected. Because you cant always bring your A game into every matches or every moment. But when you do your water routine, you will find back yourself and realise some wrongs and mistakes.
