We ask that you might speak about the “prodigals” that so many parents are praying for. Our own children have pulled away from us and though they consider themselves to be Christian, their actions bring doubts to us. I know that we have been forewarned that children would turn away from their parents, but it’s so difficult in these times. We find ourselves wondering if in fact they are truly saved. We can’t see their hearts, but God can and we are praying that He will reveal Himself to them. We are also praying for all of the hurting parents around the world, whose hearts are troubled with this tragedy. Please pray for us and all who are hurting. Christine I love the Jewish people. When I was in grammar school we lived next door too a Jewish family. My best friend Alvin was one of the family members. I spent most every day at their home. Alvin’s mom mimi played a large part in my youth. She would take me too a health food store. Mimi was a loving, gentle person. One time after my mom gave me spanking. I crawled out my bedroom window and ran away, I was about 8 years old. I was looking for a family we once lived with for awhile. It was 7:00 - 8:00 pm. Dark and cold. I went home thinking I was going too get another spanking, but I was cold and hungry. I had no place to go. By time I walked in my home . My dinner was waiting for my. My Mother greeted me .as though nothing happened and was not yelling or angry. Turned out Mimi had a talk with my Mom. Telling her to greet me with food , love and patience. I was so scared and did not expect to be greeted with such love. Mimi changed my Mother for the better and changed my life also. I was even invited to Alvin’s Bar mitzvah. I wouldn’t be surprised if Mimi was still alive. She’s probably in her mid 90’s. She made the best scrambled eggs, she taught me how to make scrambled eggs and told me that I had to cook them at a very very low heat slowly they were so good she introduced me to spike seasoning also. I often think of the Zokurts , not knowing where they live and how they are. I have Another long time Jewish best friend Max, we are like Brothers. Can you talk about spiritual and physical attacks. The last couple of years it has been daily. Life changing divorce, car accident, injuries that are not healing, concussion that is worsening my ability to think, etc. In extreme pain. They found other things too on the CT. My pets are under attack. Service dog went into heart failure and developed a suspicious lump. Other pets are experiencing things unlike before. My faith keeps me praying to Jesus throughout the day.

Christine, I am so very sorry about what has happened to the people of Israel. I am horrified over the hate that is being spewed out in the USA. I remind myself that Israel is God's beloved nation. Also, God's Word states there will be persecution of God's people in the last days. The world is getting more divisive by the day. We who love God know following God's ways are for our betterment. We must keep close to God in prayer, and trust Him during these dark times. AMEN.
