There is so much going on in my life right now, both on the surface and inside, which I know a lot of you can relate to. But I am very glad to finally have time again for creating videos. I've missed you!

Daniel - what a great person and a good Samaritan. I think this crushes a lot of stereotypical misconceptions some Scandinavians, and Europeans, in general might have of Romanians, and not to mention blind faith in their own countrymen.

I'm not exaggerating, I'm being completely honest right now: Jonna Jinton is the only person by far that can make me feel better at my worst days that I'm trying so hard to battle with my mental illnesses. She inspires me to be kind to myself and others, to take it one step at a time and most importantly she shows me that life is worth living. Jonna you have saved my life in so many ways and I truly love and appreciate you. You're such a unique person and I'd really love to meet you one day! I showed some of your videos to my 20 year old son yesterday who battles depression. He's scared of the world. You uplifted both of us. You've shown me how to slow down and be more appreciative of the beauty that surrounds me, to LOVE the cold winter months and to love myself. I hope you're doing well. I just 'cannnnot' with so many driving by 'our' friend in distress . . . a female at that. Truly horrific ...if it was here in North America I 'sadly' do understand why people drive by, but Sweden?!? Also who doesn't 'know' who Jonna is, plus was bleeding!! I just am angered by peoples lack of care and sense of community across the globe.

@@abeach5420 It happened to us a while back, the car was smoking on the freeway so we needed to pull over. Not a single person offered to help! They just drove by staring at us like idiots. This whole world has gone to shit and no one cares. Not to mention it was 100 degree heat!!!

We Romanians are very caring, we make sure everyone is okay especially if you are waving for help. Not everyone is like Daniel and I just want to make sure he knows he’s is amazing for representing us Romanians in a great way!!!

I’m a mom of three. I’m homeschooling two of my children. I have a painful genetic disorder that is slowly damaging my joints, spine, and heart. Two of my daughters have it too. My husband is my caretaker when it comes to hard physical work. We are 43. We were just told my husband has cancer. He also blew out a disk in his spine. He had a surgery which failed. He’s in so much pain and bed bound. He needs to start treatment for his cancer. I can’t begin to explain how scared I am for him. I don’t know how I’m going to walk through this storm. I don’t want to be his burden. Life was so hard to begin with and now I wish I could go back before the cancer diagnosis. I feel terrible for complaining before this diagnosis . my husband is truly my best friend, my lover, the greatest father, provider, and the human I love the most. I can’t loose him....I just can’t.... I will try to be a bison .....

Pls do a personal research on all non conventional/alternative cancer therapies before starting therapy, to know what works and what does not work, knowledge is power, dont just accept anything from anyone without being sure it will work, the human body is very delicate.

The main reason why I love my boyfriend is that he is essentially like a bison to me. Not only because he's built like one, but he weathered all storms and stands firmly in what he believes without a shed of doubt even when odds go against him. He has also been caring and made me underwent positive changes that I wouldn't have done myself because I'm naturally a hesitant, low risk taker. It's refreshing to hear Jonna use the phrase, "Be a bison" I guess it's not as uncommon as I originally thought.

This video couldn't not have come at a more perfect time. After being diagnosed at the end of March with lymphoma, I am now going through chemo treatments. It hasn't been easy and I have a lot of ups and downs. Your words, "you are a bison; you're meant to go through storms" really hit home and I needed to hear that. 2003 I had Hogkins lymphoma, tumour the size of my fist in my chest wrapped around my aorta. Chemo and radiation, 6mths of hell but now ok. Good luck with your treatment

You have no idea how this video helped me just now. After a very long and difficult day I was ready to quit my new adventure. I was overwhelmed with fear, discouragement, and disappointment in myself. Disappointed that I would entertain quitting. My new adventure has a lot of uncertainties. Just now I sat down on the couch in defeat. I decided to turn on the TV to watch something. I turned it off and opened KZfaq and put on this video. I couldn't believe what you were saying. I am astounded that during a time in my life when I am “hiding from things that are uncomfortable” and I am suffering from “my old ways and patterns of believing things just because it feel safe” -that I tune in to your magical channel and it appears to me you are talking about my life right now. I’m in the storm right now and Jonna, I believe I will make it to the other side- I am a bison. Thank you for being the voice I hear in the wind of this storm. My first ever KZfaq comment is for you Jonna, because you have deeply touched my heart and my soul. As someone who has lived through fear and pain for a long time, it made me feel so sorry for you to see in one of your vlogs that this one man brought fear and insecurities in the lifes of both you and Johan. Noone in this world should experience something like that and yet it happens all the time, everywhere, even in remote places like yours. But maybe we're all just Bison and meant to go through the storm in order to be able to see (and truly feel!) the sun again. I've done the same. Try reading "Letting go" by David Hawkins. It's what helped me truly start healing. I was just bottling up my emotions and staying in my head. Few therapists actually invite us into our bodies and heal us from where the source of our distress is. There's a free .pdf of the book online. Best of luck on your journey! You can do it:)

As a Six Nations Mohawk, here in North America our Bison Legend is very identical to what you just mentioned here. We have honoured, loved and treated this animal with the utmost respect. Even though white man pretty much decimated them in order to starve my ancestors, our elders told the Bison story. It’s too long to write here, but it’s is along the same lines as you have told here. I wish you the best of time in this transformation. Change is one word for growth and growth is a nice word for pain. There is no growth without pain. Thank you for being here. There are times I wonder how america would look if the white men had JOINED the tribes, and learned their ways. I think nature would be more intact. I enjoy learning about Native American legends, stories, and wisdom, as well as how they once lived. Wish I was more familiar with what tribes lived where, and what their stories are.

Recently I felt so overwelmed with sadness, anger and fear and yesterday the desperation hit me so hard that I thought I really need to go and watch one of your old videos to escape these emotions. How lucky was I when I realized you just uploaded a new one - and when I started watching the part of the bison got right under my skin. It felt like you were talking right to me and every word made so much sense and conveyed so much power and hope that it literally got me breaking out in tears. For the first time in a long time I felt like I wasn´t left completely alone in these dark days and you gave me motivation to somehow carry on.
