i live on 140th- not sure who you are referring to.... 140th is fine except for a couple of beach houses- most people do not have phone service because their respective providers have to come in and install(we have verizon in yesterday to set everything back up) cellphone service for the most part has been restored in the neighborhood so id say try calling their cell...
