Homelander can fly faster than fighter jets so he's def faster than A-train. In terms of running speed, we've never seen him run so it's unknown. However, him vs A-train would end with A-tain in at least 2 pieces because of the heat vision and the fact that A-train lacks the AP to hurt him.
