Im 74 on Dec 3rd an iv loved Merle Haggard since i was in my 20s when i mattied a man who was in a country weatern Band (Mike Brown ) he also passed away in 2018 hope they now have a sing song together up there in heaven ❤

Please give us all of the Merle Haggard Tribute. He is so loved by his fans and it would be so awesome to see it all. Thank You!

Brings me to tears, he was & is such an awesome man, musician, song writer & singer. As they say the Poet of the common man. My opinion Merle still is the man & always will be. He stands for so so many things. He is a country music Icon today & every day. Pray you kids of his keep his music coming. His music will always be alive!. You can feel the depth of his singing. Merle was a handsome man and so are his children. He will always be with us. He is still singing & performing in God's Angel Band. Amen. There are four of us grandsons on my mom’s side, and the day I heard Merle died I got a phone call my oldest cousin Kenny passed away. I’ll never forget that day in April 2016. On a lighter note, I must have been 5 when ,” Swinging Doors” came out because my dad would sing that song over and over, and he was so proud of that LP record he bought. R.I.P. Merle, Dad, and Kenny.

There will never be another Merle Haggard. He was by far the greatest country singer of my lifetime. God rest his soul
