15:27 It's is good in Feng shui (the back based on the mountain, and the front view has water), and very good in the atmosphere, water makes the temperature cool down in summer.

I really thank you and your friend for going out and capturing the scenery and local happenings for us, in the rain no less. I love ancient looking buildings and architecture so this was a real treat for me.

Those wondering why some Vietnamese speak Russian? The Vietnam war was a proxy, Russia and China heavily trained and supplied the North Vietnamese. During the war American soldiers noticed that some captured North Vietnamese soldiers were speaking a different language other than Vietnamese. At the time, Americans didn't know that the language was Russian. A Chinese language was also common in that area. Had America not gotten involved in Vietnam, the country would be an extension of Russia and China.
