Hi guys, Alex here, in this video, I go through a solo session I did the other day on court. The full routine is below for those interested! Try this one out if you get a chance and let me know what aspects were hard and how you found it. If you enjoyed the video, make sure to like and subscribe!
Solo routine:
Warm-Up - Light jog, stretch, Rope skipping (5 minutes)
Length Progression - 50 Shots in the box (both sides), 50 shots past box but no back wall (both sides), 50 shots hitting floor wall-floor (both sides), 50 shots hitting floor-wall (both sides)
Boast Drop Drive (5-10 minutes)
Ghosting - 3 Sets, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off.

Do you still use that racket? That's the Black Knight one that is on sale for $99 nowadays right? Been using it for a few months now and it's a great value.

Used it for about 2-3 years up until this past month. Definitely think its a solid racquet and agreed, hard to pass on a price like that!

Alex do you think this ghosting is better or worse than random ghosting, making up a 20-30 second rally as you go?

Good question, I think both have their place and depends what you want to work on. I can see making up a rally being a bit more versatile and allow you to work on movement that could maybe mimic a game more, whereas this ghosting could be focused more for speed and explosiveness.

I've always stopped at 20 of everything..... gets a bit boring going longer. Or course that could be why I've never got much better ;-)
