My cousin and his girlfriend swam with dolphins in the ocean once. They kept dragging them down and holding them underwater, then letting them go and grabbing them again just before they reached the surface. They were all making noises that sounded a lot like laughter.

The story of Peter the Dolphin and Margaret Lovatt is one of those things I bring up when I first meet someone new, to really get an idea of their internal character. Because if you haven't heard of the NASA funded study to teach English to a dolphin in preparation for space exploration, which somehow devolved into dolphin handjobs and injections of LSD, you pretty much run the gamut of human emotions as you learn of it. And if you *have* already heard of it, then we're probably going to get along great.

Turtle Dreams legitimately pisses me off. Sometimes I can ignore annoying audio stimulus but for some reason turtle dreams hits a specific center in my brain that immediately makes me angry

The worst part is the actual music is really good. Reminds me of something from Phillip Glass, just being screeched over by disabled children

I feel like you could take that track and actually build some cool atmospheric sounds around it. It’s annoying because it ‘almost’ sounds good. Then it’s quickly utterly ruined by the ‘lyrics’.

Dude we had to watch that art video in class for specific drawing history once, the video is pretty good for performance art but god does that music get so mind numbing.
