I think the answer is to buy higher quality, better tasting protein powder. There are some brands out there where the chocolate flavour literally tastes like chocolate cake. But these are often on the pricier end.

I highly recommend the simply Tera’s protein powder! I am similarly picky about my protein powders and I think it’s because of the artificial sweeteners and extra ingredients most protein powders have. Simply Tera’s is only a few ingredients and doesn’t have that nasty artificial sweetener after taste! I add it to my oatmeal and yogurt and it doesn’t make me want to vomit like others do lol
