I agree, one episode they made the largest 'Mad Hatter Cake' and when it was finished she kissed her hand and touched the cake. I still like the show though.

they carried the cake like it was just an empty box.... twice I've seen the same mistake.... next time try to make it more realistic

Seriously. I was wondering why the "cake" is flopping around as if it's cardboard. I'm a little confused, do they actually make cakes or is this some fake tv show?

Nerissa Turner some bakeries make fake cakes from styrofoam so that the heat from photography set light won't melt the actual cake. They usually have the actual cakes in a fridge. It's just not decorated like the one in the video

No gloves, No hair nets, sweaty hands resting on the cake, actually blowing on the icing. You get better hygeine in a high street cake shop.

Not that stunning. They could have done some theme like palace, crown or some jewels. This is just a plain cake with piping. What's so great in this ?
