Summarizing for those of you who want it handy! Ingredients - 30 ml milk (not boiled), 30 ml potato and carrot juice (from grated portions), 1 tsp(5ml) almond or virgin coconut oil, 30 gm licorice powder (adhimadhuram/iratti madhuram). Mix together, pour in ice tray and freeze. Wrap one ice cube in a thin cloth and massage in a circular motion in areas with melasma and entire face for 20 mins.
