Cougar MacDowall is a very strange person who uses inappropriate thumbnails FOR clicks, he uses "innocent" titles too.

Cougar got popular because he voiced a character from a popular FNF mod, a game that has a large fanbase of children despite not being child friendly. So unfortunately, a lot of children probably found his channel because of that, and were exposed to his content.

I genuinely can't stand comic dubs that add extra dialog, just read what was written ffs. This video perfectly demonstrates (somewhat unintentionally) such filler in comic dubs.

There’s this channel called “lol land” that has been doing dubs similar to these, except, the “sensual” thumbnails (sometimes) aren’t even clickbait. They’ve been doing CatNap x DogDay shit since the release of chapter 3, and sometimes they do the same video just with different dubs.

Theres also the Security Breach Malware comic (which is an OFFICIAL DUB btw) that has a sexualized or off-putting thumbnails despite the comic being decently good Cougars thumbnails and voice acting just kinda ruins the comic. If your gonna read it just go to the comic creator.

I know that NSFW and R34 has existed for a while, honestly you may have not seen my other videos if you're assuming this. However, I may need to mention this more in my videos that this has happened for a while, but it usually comes back when a new form of "kids" content comes out. There's no need to assume ^^

the issue is that they're barely doing anything to prevent young children from watching content that clearly isn't meant for them. Putting 'not for kids' in the thumbnail (not even the title) isn't going to do anything, if you want to upload actual nsfw content you need to set it to adult only. There's nothing inherently wrong with making nsfw fancontent of fictional characters, but in that case you shouldn't make it easily accessible to children. Just because it's not new doesn't mean it's not wrong.
