explain at 6:51 why white didn’t play Rd8+ because if queen takes then Nxc7+ forks king and queen and if king evades first check then white wins bishop

Because it is a blunder. I think you thought it will take up a queen but see there is A bishop that is guarding it. That's why It is a Blunder
