Hello di I'm connected to your channel since when I was in class 9th and now I'm doing graduation my 2nd sem finals going on !! I wanna thank you di for always motivating me . I'm elder in my family I don't have any sister to ask who can guide me but for me it's always you who did it through your video ... Di I'm struggling from past 1.5 yrs like when I was in school I used to study hard even always scored well in my school . But now since I have came to college I had lost everything...like idk where my will power got died ...after school I never study like I used to ...I only study for exams ... it feels so useless and purpose less ...that what am I doing ...! I'm even confused what carrier should I go for the main goal I can't achieve that because my parents didn't allowed for that ! I lost everything...I cry almost everyday that what's going on with me....how am gonna survive...! I'm just tired of everything 😔 I'm girl who value her time always I always used to be busy now I'm always free and it feels like wasting time and it's making me die ......inside :) 😔

This video is really helpful , day by day i was just entering in this loop of scrolling.. I uninstalled Instagram from my phone months ago and checked it once in a week through chrome. But the main problem started with KZfaq. I opened it for some study videos but ended up scrolling shorts .. after watching this video I paused my youtube watch history , and it worked like a magic for me . I become more productive .. my screentime was 8 -9 hours before , now it came down around 5 hrs .. I am studying without any distraction..thank you for this helpful trick ❤️

Hello diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii thanks❤ But Didi hr raat sone ke pehle jo realisation hota h or hr raat ko hota h toh plz uske upr kuchh discusion.......So,How to sleep soon at night 💤 due to realisation raat main jaldi soya nhi jata but to do list jarur bn jata h or suba alarm ⏰ bhi lgjata h but raat main late sone ke wajah se suba alarm ⏰ ke baad bhi utha nhi jata or uth jayen tb bhi phir se so jana.....iske wajah se pura din bhar ka plan list dead and then phir se realisation phir thoda bhut pdhai wo bhi not effective phir afternoon ka time pe toh nind aata h tb bhi agr main 2-3hr padh bhi lun with concentration tb bhi usme to do list ka 1 part bhi nhi hota like phy ka ch 1(half) bhi nhi hota phir break lene ke baad mobile main galti se haat chla jata or super cars in low prices and crores ka ghar ya paise asani se kmayen in sabhi chijon pr chla jata h....phir pta hote hua bhi ki time waste horha lekin lgta h ki ye aage kaam aayega ispe or research krlun usme or 1 ya 1:30 hr chla jata h phir kya 9 ya 10 bch jata h phir dinner uske baad thoda pdhayi ki koshis main 1 bj jata h phir agle din ka (to do list )1:30 tk bn jata h phir mera bed timer (1 am ) ka hota h but extend krke 1:30 hojata h phir wohi agle din ka todolist bna kr sone chle jata hun but Raat main nind jaldi nhi aata then phirse suba jaldi nhi utha jata alarm ⏰ lgakr bhi then same as last day ..............
