I'm recently visited some shops and choose some color helmet but thats are not available in my head size, so the sales man says changes inner padding is enough to change the size of helmet. It's true?

yes,If you experience discomfort with size or in a specific spot, you can change the helmet inner lining for a different size to customize your fitment.

Yes! A proper fitting helmet is a MUST HAVE! When you are in an accident if the helmet is too loose, it might fall of your head and that is never a good thing!
