I live in Serón, about an hour further inland from Huércal-Overa. Don't know whether you have visited this area but I can recommend it. Green mountains and traditional hill villages. And of course the lovely thermal pool at Cela (near Tijola).

As I said yesterday I live 20 minutes from here, Thanks for the tour around the town. Just to inform you that the H in Spanish is silent and the V is pronounced like a B. so it sounds like this Oercal Obearra, hope this is of some help.

Glad you noticed the fountain. We actually set that up. If you look carefully you might see one on Wendy’s head too 😀😀😀

Caravans are not allowed. Aires are designed for motorhomes ( CampingCar)

Yes Pippin walks loads. However, when we are filming, she always wants to be on camera and included in the conversation. She is such a diva 😆😆😆

Hi, could you tell me if you have seen campervans at these aires. We'd like to travel around Spain but aren't sure if these aires have toilet facilities. Thankyou

Yes we’ve seen camper vans in Aires. Most Aires don’t have toilet facilities although some do. If you get the All The Aires books the details of facilities are listed for each Aire so you could easily navigate your way around. We choose the free Aires only.
