Glad you stopped by White Marsh!! Can't believe I'm not seeing this until now. Still a great Mall you should have seen it back in the day though. Went opening weekend, really something to see, the interior used to be gorgeous. The elevator had a water feature around it. There were a lot of plants back then too. I worked there in the mid 90s as well, it's changed since then too. Still a nice mall to visit & shop in, still a big Penney's shopper. Hope you'll come back & visit again!!

I left Baltimore 4 yrs ago and was unaware of the mall dying . This is heartbreaking to see since I went there alot .

Sears is closing down.(Went there this Saturday) Then again, I think all of them are at some point so it shouldn’t be a surprise to you.

As someone who goes to college near the mall. I'm surprised at the positive review you gave it. I went in February 2020 and even dead i felt i would be gone by the end of the decade. That was pre-pandemic. I'm not sure what is going to happen more solidly post-pandemic but i think it's going to see another big redevelopment. Maybe even a tearing down of the structure into a more pedestrian mall design.
