Amitabh definitely thinks very highly of Annavru. Mimicry Dayanand is a witness to Amitabh's ಅಭಿಮಾನ of ಅಣ್ಣಾವ್ರು. Amitabh did say that he may not be very "appropriate" to release important literary works on Rajkumar - that may be a genuine feeling. Who knows? Anil Kapoor has called Dr. Raj as "Emperor of Actors." At one point of time, I'd heard that Aamir Khan was a fan of Raj. Must've changed due to some reason. ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯ ಏನು ಅಂದ್ರೆ ರೇಖಾ ಅವರಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಕುಮಾರ್ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಅಭಿಮಾನ. ಈ ವಿಷಯ ತಿಲಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದಕ್ಕೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು ರಾಮ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರೆ. I had the great fortune of meeting ಅಣ್ಣಾವ್ರು 21 years ago for just 10 mins at his house. I was a 29 year old abhimani and he was 71...I am still not able to digest the humility with which he spoke to me. ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ನಮ್ರತೆ ಪ್ರಪಂಚದಲ್ಲೇ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಇರಲಿಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾದ್ಯವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅಣ್ಣಾವ್ರು ನಿಜವಾಗಲೂ ಈ ಭೂಮಂಡಲದ ಏಕೈಕ ಅತಿ ಅಪರೂಪದ ಮನುಷ್ಯ.

We should stop comparing one actor to another and justifying one is better than the other. We should admire all the actors and their contribution to the industry. Nowadays in kannada it's becoming more to underestimate actors from other languages. We should be proud of our achievement but not belittle actors from other languages. This obsession of one actor is great we need to come out from. All are great in their own areas.

Then where is the need for giving national awards to only one person from each category when hundreds of people have contribution in the same category. Will it not amount to comparison. Same applies to Padma awards also. why you compare all and give award only to a few.

Acharya Shastri may not be an eye witness to the determination or dedication of Anil Kapoor. He must have put forth what he has heard or gathered. But what I have putforth in this episode is what the director of the movie Pyar Kiya Hai Pyar karenge Mr. Vijay has experienced and told about Anil Kapoor while shooting that movie. No one can be a better judge than a director of a movie about the determination or dedication of an actor/actress or a crew in a movie.

The point was 'stop judging' other actors negatively based on limited information/a single movie! You may have put forth what the director said but as a responsible journalist - you must also get Anil Kapoor's version before reporting out and making a judgment.

1) No. Vinod Mehra was never considered a Dharmendra duplicate. That is totally wrong information. 2) Anil Kapoor is a dedicated and determined actor of Hindi cinema. #HariharapuraManjunatha You two should stop characterizing other actors negatively based on small snippets of information.
