A VW 4x4 motorhome with a rear lounge

This Woelke 4x4 motorhome has a rear lounge and is on a VW base. One enters through the shower - which I think is an excellent use of space for this type of vehicle! It will cost EUR170k but as a special order then it could end up costing much more if more were ordered to it! One very positive point is its small footprint - rarely seen in an off road expedition vehicle!

Good amount of storage, rear lounges popular with expeition vehicles ass there is more likely to be a good view, than a lidl carpark for example, large roof window seems odd and waste. also rear windows should be bigger.

I have three bottles of it in my van which have been there since January 2020 - either for cleaning the water tank or giving to people who are less fussy than me on drink!

That seems ridiculously expensive for what you’re getting. I know it’s a 4x4 and all that but still, the Motorcraft expedition vehicles aren’t a huge amount more in comparison. I think a lot of it is VW tax. They always seem to cost more than the equivalent fiats and Peugeots

Yeah life's a lot easier if you just buy things practical for your needs like buying second hand stuff, there's plenty stuff people are giving away if you have man plus van to transport it.

Obvious the price is high because of the off road , i think the only draw back only caters for two people 🙏

Worth buying second hand cars so you can afford more than one to suit your needs, a towing caravan car is too big as a shopping or school run car.

4x4 or VW tax as mentioned is a shame when they as for good coin but use so much wood in the shower spaces, or really so much simple wood throughout... The end effect is a very cheap appearance, even if it proves to be sturdy it really looks like someone bought 'Swedish box store' cabinets and cut to fit. Shame for the price really...

Not worth the price for such low quality and tight space... I'd rather go with leisure travel Vans especially the rear lounge more spacious and higher quality and lower price tag
