This last weekend our Recruitment unit in conjunction with ‪@LACountyParks‬ met up at Belvedere Aquatics Center for an A.W.A.R.E Lifeguard Day. As part of our Lifeguard Recruitment Initiative, these 1-day events introduce children ages 8-17 to lifeguarding while improving their overall water safety awareness.
