No matter how many times we have been to Charleston we always make sure we take time to go see all the beautiful and historic homes that are around the Battery of Charleston! It doesn't matter how many times we have seen those home it never gets old! They do home tours like twice a year so hopefully we can do one of the tours so we can see the inside of these beautiful homes!

I am obsessed with historical homes. My grandpa lived in a home built in 1887 when I was a child. The upkeep is crazy. I really love seeing all these amazing homes!! Thanks for sharing- mari

I love the legend about the blue paint on the roof of the porch! What a beautiful place! It reminds me a lot of Savannah. I've always wanted to go to Charleston! We could get about 10 people together and buy that one that is for sale! 😀 Absolutely beautiful! Can't wait for part deaux!

I wish all you KZfaqrs would stop filming outside my house! LOL. Just kidding, of course. From the looks of it, I am not sure we could afford to walk through the neighborhood much less buy one of these houses. But they are magnificent to look at... so thanks for taking us on a tour!

Can you imagine having a home like that?? Hopefully we can make it when they do the home tours! I believe they do it once or twice a year.
