Well your in my wheel house now. Up here in the cold north country (upper end of Pool 4 on the Muddy Miss) Walleye & Sauger are our primary target fish. I sure can tell you're a (former carpenter) by measuring to "3/8, most would round that up to a quarter. Our limit up here is also 4, used to be 6 but to much pressure, and I use plastics or stick baits about 95% of the time. Primary live bait is Willow Cats (baby bullheads) but they are spendy but fat head or shiners work too.. Great fishing, great video, and keep having a great time; you're right, fishing is the best. Stay safe and tight lines.

Hi there Richard. My Son and I bought a small 13 foot flat bottom aluminum boat right before winter set in. We got to take it out once before it got bad cold here in Kentucky. So Sir what I want to ask you is what kind of battery should we get for our trolling motor? Whoa, whoa. Want to say God Bless you and your family! Really enjoy your fishing video's. You Sir are really appreciated for sharing your techniques.

Love your videos thank you so very much for sharing them with us! As I watched you go over your different lines on your reel I was wondering if you have ever tried bass pro xps line or the bass pro excel lines? They come in big spools, it hasn’t let me down with times wondering how I ever got the fish in the boat after looking at the line to retying. I look forward to your videos every week, I think I have watched just about all of them. Thanks again for all the tips and videos God bless.

I’ve only caught one of those sauger. It was in a lake that I have fished my whole life and never caught one in but one night I was catching crappie when one decided to hit. I had no idea what I had caught So I looked it up on the Internet. It was pretty small but I decided to cook it up anyway and yes I agree they are very good.
