Anonymous User Stat speaking yes, realistically speaking. The grunts are unarmored and poorly armed. They would be easy to pump out, but would fall quickly. Realistically speaking, their flesh would not weather ranged weapons.

If the humans were more realistic, they'd have more catapults or the likes. Firing into the crowds, or perhaps roll boulders down onto them. Oh well.

I downloaded most of them from Hive Workshop and imported them into the map. On this website there are also tutorials on how to import things.

+Kel'thuzad Thanks! At least one of the things I did was to distribute the Horde units among many different players. I think something like 100 units per player would move quite smoothly.

Also how do you make your units move in a formation? like Lordaeron's Fall 5/8

+Kel'thuzad It took various tricks to get them moving smoothly, like turning collision off for the units. There are links in part 8/8 where you can download the map to see more details.

It is a custom model. It doesn't really "work", the units coming out of the tower are just created next to it.

Well, the Alliance forces were spread quite thin and they weren't expecting an attack on that part of the wall.

Yes, but only one segment of it.

Many Alliance reinforcements came from the city and not from other segments of the wall. Even if they surrounded the city, the fact that there were few soldiers means it wasn't very big, so they wouldn't have had sige towers for other walls.

Well, the reinforcements were supposed to largely come from other segments of the wall, but they had to come through the city streets because not all of the outer wall was connected.

Sorry for slow reply... yes this is made with the Warcraft 3 world editor, also using some imported custom models and sounds.

Where you get those archers?

The high elf model is from the game, and the crossbowman is a custom model from Hive Workshop.
