Thank you. That sentence was well crafted Sir. 😍 I really appreciate that you repeated it many times, each time expanding differently. It is beautiful.

Once upon a time there was a little girl who grew up in a family that she thought was perfect. Even though she was abused, ostracized, and manipulated, she thought she had the perfect family. After decades of struggling with sorrow, anxiety and relationships where she was not honored, she was ready to see the truth. And so she did. And the universe pushed her to peel away layers and layers of lies and illusions that had become her truth in the false matrix. She soon discovered her DIVINE truth and realized she was not broken, unlovable, undeserving, or worthless. She was in fact a very special and unique spiritual presence sent from the higher realms who was meant to evolve and see her own light. The journey was uncomfortable, confusing, and uncertain but she pushed through and trusted the steps along the way (most of the time). She was soon able to see truth that she was never the problem, she was not to blame and she knew deep down that she had a higher purpose and that love is not self compromise . She waited her whole life for the prince to rescue her when in fact, it was she who ended up rescuing herself. Only to become a beacon of love and light who is intended to spread love to others who are waking up to their true self. And this my friends is the story of ME. Beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. So this is the year where I let go of all the labels and face the truth of "I AM". And share the truth that we are all "I AM" and it is safe to release any stories. Stories about who each of us thought we are supposed to be or what we are supposed to be and merely accept that "being" is indeed enough ♥️ May this love and knowledge flow through every cell in your body and transmute any energy that is not that of the frequency of unconditional love and truth. I’ve replayed this again and it feels like it’s going in on a deeper level, now that my meditation practices are deepening. I could feel my judgements rising thick and fast, wanting to point out others flaws, but I see how much more empowering it is for us to see our judgements as ways of opening up further to intentions, prayers and blessings. This transmission just shows me yet again, how much more I need to check in with myself throughout the day, to really work those autopilot, ingrained judgements and criticisms. I am so very grateful to you Matt in my life. You are the only person I ever want to listen to when I can’t sleep at night. AT LONG LAST! Since I was 5 yrs old, will be 75 in May, I have been looking for like minded souls that are empathic w a higher level of thought towards spirituality and am just now, in the past yr finding souls that are deep thinkers and it so resonates with me. I've felt like this wasn't my home [ in my 5-6 yr old mind ] but looked at stars and clouds and wanted to be there but didn't know where there was! I came from an alcoholic, abusive and neglectful childhood, in every sense of the word, and was told I was not wanted, unloved, too sensitive ,not smart and was basically used as a surrogate mother and caregiver to my siblings as I was the eldest of four. We went without things and I became a target for bullies, rumors and innuendo at about the 4th grade level onward. There is much more but, suffice it to say, once on my own, and at 31, I went to nursing school while working full time as a nurses' assistant for 3 yrs, got my Rn degree and went on to take care of others. My favorite fields were geriatrics and hospice case management. I believe, despite all odds, the universe had plans for me. In 3rd grade I wanted to be a teacher, by 5th grade I wanted to raise and train thoroughbreds... at 13 I said No to nursing [ ie bedpans and blood ugh ]... but now I know I was being groomed by a higher power to understand suffering as a child so I could empathize w those suffering: especially Alzheimer's, stroke and comatose patients that couldn't speak for themselves. These were the ones I was drawn to the most. Matt, saw you on Next Level Soul and came right over here to binge-watch you. Thank you and many blessings.

While going through the integration of my shadow, experiencing an allergic reaction, and an increase in stress and lack of sleep, I slowed down and even stopped some of my prayers, intentions and blessings recently. Thank you. I’m grateful for this profound reminder and for the clear understanding this transmission has provided. It finished shifting me back into an even higher level of heart centered consciousness than before. I’m also adding “Sovereignty Now” for my method of relating to judgmental and abusive people to help raise the Energy, Vibration and Consciousness of humanity and All That Is … As never before that I AM now, and so it is, I AM the Light, the Light I AM.
