Ferdinand is a bull with a calm and easygoing temperament, who prefers to sit under a tree and relax rather than run around huffing and headbanging with others. As he grows up, he becomes strong and big, but with the same mindset. When five men go to his farm to choose the best bullfighting animal in Madrid, Ferdinando is accidentally selected.

Honestly, this movie has some flaws, but not many movies show bull fighting's reality. We usually see the bull run at the flag, and not the spears it's repeatedly stabbed with.
