Every day is so so different; a day in the life wouldn't be representative! I hope you enjoy this Gap Year Week in My Life! I'm currently on a gap year before university (I'm 19!!) and very much navigating the world of defining my own time, finding a routine without the structure of full-time education, and working to achieve self-set goals. This year has taught me that I am indeed a workaholic. I like being busy. If I'm not, I somehow seem to make myself busy without trying; I'm still learning to let myself chill more! 🌟 From running a 10k, working in cafés, volunteering and meeting up with friends, to randomly going on SKY NEWS, it's a crazy unpredictable time haha! Wow! You’re probably one of the most mature, fun and outgoing 19yr olds on this platform! I genuinely appreciate everything you do for us, and it’s so nice to see a week in your life! Please do more of these 'gap year vlogs' Jade!! I'm on a gap year as well and they motivate me so much to use this time to work on myself and not be lazy when I'm at home! I have two jobs as well so I have to be kinda productive all of the time but when I get home I tend to just lay around and do nothing really.. Your videos inspire me so much ✨ Love nica

I said to myself that after I’d watched this video I would get up (this being about the 15th in a row .-.), but Jade being the motivational QUEEN that she is forced me to get up half way through, got dressed, got some breakfast, made my bed, and came back to watch the end. loved your body image talk!!! i go to the gym and don’t measure myself or count my calories. i know i’m getting fitter as i can feel it. results aren’t everything :))) fitness > slimmness

I love that you're in that mindset! and I also wanna remind you (and everyone) that it's okay not to even want to be fit or do that much exercise, our worth is not measured by it :) and it's best to try to accept & love our bodies, no matter the shape or size or colour!

Jade, you inspire me sooo much. Thanks to you, i am going on a 2 months journey to England in summer as my post high school holidays. It has always been a dream of mine, but i have never actually done anyting about it exept for talking that i want to do it. After watching your travel vlogs i have finally made up my mind and decided to plan this trip. I feel you. I am LITERALLY doing 6 days a week intensive exercise for 1 hr for my swimming club, and I have lots of fat: like I have some overhang and it bulges and my thighs still touch and shorts slide up but I am the fittest in my class, even those skinny popular girls can't beat me in running and gym? So I've given up in trying to look good (in society's terms), I've just accepted it and sure, I'm still uncomfortable in crop tops, but that's fine. Also, I have broad shoulders and IDGAF about me shaving my legs, if not before, but definitely after your videos. Jade, I love your videos and you inspire me. Plz remember no matter how hurtful the comments are, you don't need their approval, you just need your own!

You are truly such an amazing role model Jade! You are so genuine, generous and caring, whilst also being wonderfully clever and productive. You make such a conscious effort to make yourself the best you can be, and to see positivity and possibility in the world. What impresses me most though is that you manage to convey a truly inspiring message of self love whilst also inspiring greatness. Which isn’t easy to do. You inspire me to live a healthy and happy life, from the inside out, but you also make me feel that it’s ok when it’s hard and I don’t live up to my own expectations. I don’t like the term “influencer” particularly but I can’t imagine a more positive influencer than you. Thank you.
