This video is a week in my life at the end of feb 2023. I have felt very unproductive lately and it has been affecting my mental health greatly so I decided I would try my best to get back into routine. I didn’t want to set high standards for myself because I find it quite overwhelming so instead I completed smaller tasks like making my bed every morning, going to the libary ect. I definitely felt so much better when I accomplished these tasks and I noticed my mood and sleep improved so much :)
After getting my life back on track I got the flu😍
I’m still quite sick and will have to continue to rest for the next few days.
Anyways, I hope you all had a great February and if not I hope March is a wonderful month for you!!
