Concerning the alpacas: Was there a sign or something stating that you can feed them? Please do not feed any animals without talking to the owners. even if the food is generally safe for the animal you don't know it's diet/if it has food sensivities. I've seen quite a few of horses getting sick after they've been fed by well-meaning people. That being said, I'm happy you even think about what would be safe for the alpaca to eat.

Heyy Taz i suggest trying out like CBD Mints for sleep, depending on the mg (like around 15-20mg) it will help you relax so you can fall asleep faster and stay asleep, not sure about the regulations of CBD within London but I suggest giving it a try for like a week to see how you feel 😌

I highly recommend the COSRX aloe soothing SPF50 sun cream. I've been using it for about a year now and it never makes my skin look or feel greasy/oily and as someone who tends to break out easily when using products it's never caused that to happen

Taz there is a cold/flu virus going around.Its so bad its wiping people out for up to 3 weeks at a time. My adult autistic son had it. Lasted 2 weeks. He felt awful. Hope you get better soon.

My hands-down favorite sunscreen is the Biore Watery Essence chemical sunscreen from Japan. It's slightly alcohol-based, but it goes on with the smoothest finish and doesn't sweat off that much requiring more frequent applications. Though it does have alcohol in it, it doesn't seem to irritate me at all.

I‘m not sure if this is available in the UK but I like [Anessa Sunscreen]. It’s a Japanese sunscreen which is popular here in Japan. It’s waterproof and non oily so it actually lasts a long time and I never have to reapply it. I apply it in the morning and it just lasts the whole day since it’s sweat proof too.

For sun cream I'll list some I've heard good things about. Kao Biore UV, Kose Suncut UV perfect gel, supergoop unseen sunscreen etc. There are so many online with great reviews so it might be worth looking at what you think will suit your face best.
