I just bought some anti friction cream for runners at my local athletic store and oh my god… never felt this relief in my life it stops your legs from rubbing in shorts or skirts etc!! Been such a game changer for my holidays now would 100% recommend if you can get some in Aus!!

In Sydney if you go to the Korean supermarket or grocery store they have those drink sachets surely they have it in Brisbane too :)

To save youfrom chafimg in shorts: I use the stick from compeed. Its meant to prevent blisters but its awsome against chafing😊!!!
