@takingcarababies has a super helpful course called ‘navigating 3&4 months’ that will help you understand what’s going on in baby and how to support her during this transition! Highly recommend :)

I hardly noticed the first few leaps but the fourth one rocked our world lol he was a completely different baby! Went from sleeping through the night on his own to waking up every 30-60 minutes and needing to be rocked back to sleep. But he also became a lot more interactive and fun in other ways. I think the fourth leap is pretty universally the hardest for most which is why the four month sleep regression is so infamous!

Omg I just freaked out when you said you didn’t order it iced. They do the same thing at our Starbucks like 5 times…. Idk why they do that. They assume if it’s warm out you want it cold. Ive started double checking they made it hot because ya never know I guess lol

The 4th leap was our worst - lasting almost a whole month…! After only a 2 week break we are onto leap 5, which is actually not too terrible

My son went through his 4 month sleep regression early as well! He’s finally starting to get over it, but it was rough😩

You’re definitely not crazy haha - Mila went through her four month regression at 3.5 months! Lasted about three weeks.

Our baby girl just turned 3 mo last week and it feels like this entire week or so has been a growth spurt… and it’s just getting “worse”. But I notice she’s developing more which is great! And she was defined as a tall baby based on her 2 mo visit, so she’s already been in 3 mo clothing. We had to haul 3-6 and 6-9 lol I’m curious though, more about the signs of 3 leap or early 4 mo regression?? I’m trying to distinguish (she usually falls to sleep at 7-8pm, but wouldn’t sleep until 2am lol)

There is a biiig leap around 3/4 months and it can last for a while too - I think around 2-6 weeks long potentially but not guaranteed! Some signs are that baby is fussier than normal, clingier, has trouble sleeping etc… so very possible you’re in the thick of it right now. But it doesn’t last forever and your baby is making big developmental progress! 🥰
