Love the vlog. You are right, eating healthy while maintaining portion control really helps in feeling lighter throughout the day. I am glad you are liking your program. ❤ I would personally suggest you buy footwear from physical stores rather than online. Even a slight discomfort or ill-fit can ruin the experience, atleast you can try on the footwear and walk a bit in stores, before making a purchase. Excited to see where you go for your birthday!

What is good thing about your blogs are that you show only healthy and happy eating.not jbrdsti ka hwa ho jao because sb dekhna chahte h.that is not practically possible because everybody look is different ❤
